Yerevan Wine Days
Yerevan Wine Days will take place in the center of the Armenian capital on May 4, 5. Local producers of a drink of the gods will present their products. Residents of the city and guests are invited to Saryan Street to participate in tastings, as well as to buy wine they like at a special fair.
The wine festival is held in Yerevan for the second year. The success of the first festival has proved that it is an important event for the city and visitors. And if you still think that Armenia is just cognac and home-made fruit vodka, then you definitely need to come to Armenia these days. Fine wine here will really surprise you.
The organizers promise that this grandiose event in honor of the wine will be accompanied by live music and traditional Armenian dances, including a disco with one of the best local DJs. In addition, the honorary guests of the festival will be international alcohol producers and well-known bloggers. Also, during these days, a special festival menu will be offered for the guests in Yerevan restaurants.
The purpose of the event is the development of tourism in Armenia.
Yerevan Wine Days will be held from 18:00 to 23:00. The entrance to the event is free. Guests are offered to purchase a wine tasting coupon for 400 AMD (0.67 EUR). For 4 000 AMD (about 7 EUR) you can buy a tasting set, which includes a wine glass with a logo, a case for it and an information coupon about the wine producers participating in the event.
